This boy is delivering his bombs by hand - nice version of the squadron patch worn by members of the 790 Bombardment Squadron from the 467th Bomb Group USAAF who were based at Rackheath airfield in Norfolk during WW2 flying the big liberator bombers with Red & White tail markings.
