Lovely reproduction of the squadron patch for the 703rd Bomb Squadron who flew from Tibenham airfield in Norfolk with the 445th Bomb Group. Flying the B-24 Liberator on 282 missions and 7,145 sorties the group lost 108 aircraft in action with the highest USAAF group loss of 30 planes on a single mission on 27th Sept 1944.
Painted on good quality leather the patch is approximately 5" or 125mm in diameter and suitable for your A2, B3 or B10 jacket.
